Brief Bio: Vesna Danilovic is an Associate Professor of Political Science in the Department of Political Science at the University at Buffalo, SUNY. She is the author of When the Stakes Are High: Deterrence and Conflict among Major Powers (University of Michigan Press). Her work has also been published in the American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Conflict Resolution, Journal of Theoretical Politics,International Interactions, and edited books. She is currently serving as a member of the Advisory Council for the Scientific Study of International Processes Section of the International Studies Association.
